3. Orders and Payments

  • In the event of payment failure or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the order.

4. Delivery

  • All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for large items at their delivery location.

5. No Returns or Refunds Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

  • We strongly advise reviewing product details, specifications, and measurements before placing an order.

  • In the unlikely case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
